Q: How do members and administrators access the records?
A: Authorized staff can log in to SentryMD to access their members' records and track their compliance status with customized vaccination reports. Members can also log in to their SentryMD account to view their documents and compliance status.
Q: Can I provide Health Records for my employees?
A: Yes, anyone can submit records on behalf of their employees; however, with the user-friendly portal employees
are encouraged to manage their own compliance in an effort to minimize the work of the employer.
Q: How long is the information available online?
A: Member information will be available online as long as the member remains active in SentryMD. When the member is deactivated due to job changes or graduation, their account information and documents will be retained for a period of time based on the policies of the Client institution, typically for seven or eight years. During this period, former members can contact Sentry MD for the authorized release of their information.
